Why Executives Think Agile Isn’t Working?

The talk revolved around reflecting on the challenges that were faced at an Enterprise IT Organisation, on the adoption of Agile and the difficulties surrounding it, over the first twelve months of its inception.





Giles is a software engineer with over 25 years' industry experience.  He is currently a Technology Development Director and also a fellow with the BCS (the Chartered Institute for IT) and a fellow with the Institute of Analysts and Programmers.  He's a long-term Enterprise Agilist and Disciplined Agile coach.
