After 27 Days I am waiting by a reply to the DALSM appliance

    Alexandre, I appreciate how frustrating this must be.  As we've told you before, we're dealing with several issues:

    • We've recently lost some people who were key to this.
    • We're currently bringing new people up to speed, but we're also hampered by COVID-19 related issues which means we're strained right now.  
    • Processing applications take time.  You provided references, which we needed to contact and then get responses from.

    Unfortunately this has taken longer than usual.  We're working on it as fast as we can.

    without solution at sight (27 days)

    3 - Support almost nonexistent, the community should know that in this moment is almost impossible to communicate with DA and PMI.

    4- It seems that there are only time to live webinars and evolving the toolkit, the members are forgotten in the process after spent the money in the workshop and the book.
