Since 2015, Franklin Templeton has used DA to adapt technology and PMOs to a much more agile operating model. We partner better, operate with agility and exceed the industry demand to gain competitive advantages.
Franklin had attempted a shift to agile (Scrum) several years ago, but the shift was not embraced by all teams within the PMO, business and technology.
When presented with Disciplined Agile - a framework that addressed Franklin’s agility and long-term needs - we started implementation within a single Line of Business. We saw a lot of interest, excitement and early successes.
