I like the idea of putting WoW in parenthesis in the subtitle.

Not so sure about indicating the scope in the subtitle, as I'm hoping that it's implied by the fact we're focused on DAD in this book (not the entire org, although the improvement techniques certainly apply).

    The cover looks good.

On the headline is it worth adding brackets to Ways of Working

Choose Your WoW! A Disciplined Agile Delivery Handbook for Optimizing Your Way of Working (WoW).

Also it is worth emphasising that the breadth of the WoW, e.g. across the IT Organisation or even across your Organisation.

We hope to have a new cover to show tomorrow.  We've gotten the artwork back from the graphic artist and it looks great.  Just a couple of very minor issues to address and we're good!

We just posted an evolved version of the cover.  Got rid of the desk between the coach and the team members (a barrier to communication).  Labelled the shelves with names of goals, tightening up the analogy a bit we hope.

Should be a couple of weeks before we get something back from the artist.

Love the concept, this is what makes DAD so unique and practical to use. I saw the future and in it are drive thru shopping centers.. that was the visual that came to mind when I saw your "wireframe" and it's powerful because DAD is the future of Agile shopping right? Full automation, you drive thru the shop, park next to the isle for the process you need and press a button that then moves the shelf to the decision that suits your context then drive out, cameras pick up what you took and you swipe your phone to pay as you go out to the customer who is delighted..the car is missing the DAD pieces you need to buy.. inside the car is the core team who are holding the pieces and fitting it in the car as you shop..

As you may have noticed our cover design has evolved over the past few months.  We just posted a new version of the cover that is based on a very rough sketch (I did it, and clearly I'll never earn a living as an artist) of what we hope to be our final idea.  The artist who did the cover art for Introduction to Disciplined Agile Delivery as well as the cartoons in that book has been engaged to produce the final picture for the cover, so in a few weeks we should have something that looks significantly better than my sketch.

The basic idea is that the team is engaging with their DA coach to get help choosing their way of working (WoW), pulling common "process parts" off the shelf to combine them into a unique WoW that makes sense for situation that they face.  On the shelves behind the coach are these process parts, so the goal diagrams are effectively the shelves.
