    I like the idea of an organized workbench or perhaps a parts room.  Need to go poking around on the web a bit.

    We're planning a follow-up book to this one which we're thinking about naming, coincidentally, The DAD Playbook.  Idea is to show how team tailor DAD to address common situations, including CD.

    About New Cover:  This page is ok for me, but I am guessing that could induce "... so complex !!" reactions.

    We have two main categories in software development: engineers and managers. Unforntunately, many of both categories are easy to scare by details and complexity.

    Suggestion: we are offering a clean workroom with many well-arranged toolboxes and pieces; the craftsmen (craft-person) will have a lot of options for various kind of endeavors.  

    About DA: Unfortunately, the first impression in some case about DA it is the same: a complex set of pieces. imo We need to find better ways to transmit some big picture/overview concepts.

    • core agile practices
    • how to model the process and select practices in specific life-cycle case
    More: The guidance recommends evolution to Continuous Delivery, but the guidance for getting CD capability is not enough (TDD/ATTD are not enough).
    For CD and a good improvement
    • we need to adapt most of the Core Agile Practices (not only TDD/ATDD); we need to be able to understand when the context will mkake CD impossible; we need to see an improvement roadmap.   
    So, imo, a better modeling of what we already have, a better roadmap for a generic improvement ~ a roadmap to CD, shorter releases, and increased agility.
